Attorney Dowd Speaks at Premises Liability Seminar

On April 11, 2025, Attorney Karolina Dowd spoke at a continuing legal education seminar presented by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA).

The seminar, entitled Slips, Trips, and Mis-Steps, covered a wide range of premises liability-related topics. Attorney Dowd provided a comprehensive review of recent Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Court decisions in the premises liability realm, touching upon various topics including municipal and state highway defect claims, the ongoing storm doctrine, and dog bite liability.
