Attorney Dowd Elected CTLA Parliamentarian
In June 2024, Attorney Karolina A. Dowd was elected by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) to serve as its parliamentarian.

CTLA is a statewide organization of plaintiffs’ attorneys whose mission is to protect individual rights through fair laws and access to justice. Attorney Dowd is currently serving as CTLA’s parliamentarian and is slated to rise through the officer positions to become president of the organization for the 2029-2030 term. She follows in the footsteps of Walsh Woodard partners Michael J. Walsh and D. Lincoln Woodard, who also served as CTLA officers culminating with terms as president of the organization in 2012-2013 and 2018-2019 respectively. Attorney Dowd is eager to continue Walsh Woodard’s support of CTLA and its very important mission.
