Attorney Dowd Chairs “the Ugliest Seminar”

On January 31, 2025, Attorney Karolina Dowd again served as the chair of the Ugliest Seminar of the Year presented by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

The seminar, which is held every other year, provided a comprehensive review of frequently encountered lien issues in Connecticut practice. Topics included the statutory and common law framework for various liens in Connecticut as well as issues related to lien management, including client and attorney obligations and lien reduction practice tips.
